Rough way, or not.

dancing

Some things seem to be common sense to me.  But maybe someone can offer me another perspective.  I would welcome it.

Like.  It seems like it is better to go up to someone and say something kind, rather than to say words of scorn.

Or, it would be more beneficial to dance, for no good reason, as opposed to walking up to someone and punching them?

What I am getting to, is this.

Do we really need more hate in the world?
Do we absolutely need more vile, hateful, insulting, outspoken people in  our midst?

Do we truly want our leaders to be filled with rage, and insults, and prejudice?

Is the answer to fight?

I don’t know.  That’s why I’m asking.

I was raised in a home where my father wanted to keep the peace.  With everyone.  In every situation, he wanted the end result to peaceful.  He was a Veteran of World War II.  He served with dedication and loyalty, because it was his duty.  But I don’t think he liked being in a war.  I don’t think he liked having to kill people.

So I don’t understand the way of hatred, and prejudice. If anyone can explain to me how this makes things better, I want to be aware of this perspective.

Until then, I’ll give peace a chance.  And, until then… I’ll probably keep writing about this, once a week, until November.
