I used to like to watch cartoons when I was a kid. Some, I liked more than others, of course. It seems a lot of my favorites came from the Warner Brothers Studio. Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, Sylvester, Tweety, Foghorn Leghorn, Henery Hawk, Road Runner, Wile E. Coyote. And never forget Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheepdog.

No matter the characters, many of them had the same schtick. They would run into walls, fall off cliffs, get shocked, bonked on the head, trip over objects, get chased by everyone, and on.

One of the best scenes would be the deal when they would stand on a snowy hill or mountaintop. Yacking, or something. And one little fleck of snow would get kicked, and the thing would start rolling down the hill. Of course, the small fleck transformed into a ball, and suddenly it was a massive spherical volume of snow, tumbling out of control, down the mountainside.

On its way, it would destroy everything in its path.
Or pick up everything in its path.
Depending.

Energy is very much like this. Especially our human energy. What we do, what we say, how we feel, where we point, what we radiate.

Yes, our energetic spout, starts as a tiny little snow speck, at first. But in a New York minute, it can really grow, once it gets rolling. And before we know it, our one little action starts spanning out.

This can be applied to any situation, any type of reaction, for any of us. Anywhere. To the bad, or to the good.

So today, it could be little. We could smile at someone, wait for them to pull out of that side street, pick up the glove they just dropped, buy their drive-thru order, or simply say hello.

Or we could scoff, judge, beep our horns, be impatient, or act like they aren’t there.

We can be any kind of snowball we want.

Simply, it is up to us.
